What can I do for free?
Every scan, Space Lens, update checks and permission reviews. You see exactly what takes up space and what's worth a look. Cleaning, uninstalling and Ask MacSweep need Pro.
How many Macs can I use my license on?
Each license works on one Mac at a time. To move to a new Mac, deactivate it on the old one (Settings › License) and activate the same key on the new one.
What is Ask MacSweep, and is there a limit?
It's an AI assistant inside the app: ask in your own words and it answers with real data from your Mac, with cards for you to approve every change. Each license includes 200 questions a month, renewed monthly. It needs an internet connection.
Can MacSweep delete something important?
Only safe items are preselected, nothing is removed without your confirmation, and your documents and apps go to the Trash, where you can restore them. Every cleanup is recorded in History.
How do I pay, and who charges me?
Orders are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller, which accepts cards and other methods depending on your country and issues your invoice. Paddle will appear on your statement.
Does the yearly plan renew automatically?
Yes, every year, at the current price. You can cancel the renewal anytime from the link in your receipt or by writing to us; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
What does “lifetime” include?
A license that never expires and every MacSweep 1.x update. If a new major version comes out, you can keep using yours or upgrade at a discount.
What do I need?
A Mac with macOS 13 Ventura or later.
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days to ask for a full refund. Write to soporte@macsweep.co.
